Our Donor Process

There are four simples steps required for our donors. Get started by following the diretions below!

Step 1
Review Donor Guidelines.

To ensure the safety of donated milk, donors are required to undergo a health screening process. The requirement guidelines may be review by clicking here.

Step 2
Complete Donor Application.

The next step is to complete the application, which will initiate the health screening process. Allow for approximately 15 minutes of uninterrupted time to complete the screening. Click here to complete the application.

Step 3
Match Milk with Donor.

After the screening process is complete and the Donor is approved, Tiny Babies Founndation will arrange for the donor to submit a blood sample or cheek swab to verify that the milk matches with the approved donor. Tiny Babies Foundation will pay the cost for all services that we require.

Step 4
Pump, Store, Send.

Once all processes are complete, the approved donor will receive storage bags, labeling, a thermometer, instructions and prepaid return shipping supplies.
