Our Recipient Process
There are four simples steps required for our donors. Get started by following the directions below!
Prescriptions are required in order to receive donor breastmilk. Once you have received your prescription, a copy will be required as well as the physician's contact information. You may fax the prescriptoin to 800-820-0356.
The next step is to complete the Tiny Babies Foundation Breastmilk Request Form. There is a charge of $3.00 per ounce + the cost of shipping & handling. A minimum of 8 ounces is required per order. The form may be completed by clicking here.
After your payment has been received we will process your order. You may pay by using our Donor page. Click Here.
We will ship the milk to you via priority or overnight service. You will also receive instructions and tips on the proper storage and handling of breastmilk.
